1. What sizes do you offer?

Adult T-shirts are generally available in S, M, L and XL. Kids’ products use age-based sizing, currently covering ages 5–12 where shown. Always use the size guide linked from the exact product you are buying because regular, oversized/drop shoulder and kids’ fits use different measurements.

2. How long does delivery take in Pakistan?

Standard delivery is typically 2–4 business days within Pakistan. Delivery time can vary slightly by destination, courier conditions and order volume.

3. What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery is Rs. 190. COD orders of Rs. 3,000 or more qualify for free delivery, and prepaid orders qualify for free delivery under the current store offer. The live checkout remains the final confirmation of the delivery charge for your order.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide in Pakistan.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, cards, Easypaisa and JazzCash. Options shown at checkout are the current available methods for your order.

6. Is open parcel available?

Yes, open-parcel convenience is available. Please follow the courier’s process when receiving the shipment and keep the product and packaging in appropriate condition if you need support afterward.

7. Can I return or exchange a T-shirt?

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, subject to the conditions in our current return/refund policy. Please review the live policy page before sending an item back.

8. How do I choose the right size?

Use the size chart linked on the product page and compare its garment measurements with a T-shirt you already own and like. Our T-shirt measuring guide explains the process. 9. Should I size up for an oversized or drop shoulder T-shirt?

Not automatically. Oversized and drop shoulder products are already patterned for a more relaxed silhouette. Start with your normal size and compare the actual measurements before deciding to size up or down. Our oversized vs drop shoulder fit guide explains the difference.

10. What fabric are Vogue Desire T-shirts made from?

Fabric can vary by product. Cotton is used across the range, while some products may use different fabric compositions or weights. Check the exact product description for the current fabric information before ordering.

11. How are the graphics printed?

Vogue Desire uses a screen-print-first production approach where suitable, with DTF used where appropriate for the artwork and production requirement. Check the product information if a specific print detail is important to you.

12. How should I care for a printed T-shirt?

Follow the care instructions supplied with the garment. As a general habit, washing printed T-shirts inside out, avoiding unnecessary high heat and not ironing directly over the print can help protect the artwork. See our graphic T-shirt care guide for a practical checklist.
